Class Description

Each private session is based on the Classic New York Style Pilates Method, and lasts 55 minutes in length. We will combine dynamics, flow of movement, coordination, strength, and flexibility work, tailor-fit for your body’s needs. Using the breath and powerhouse to initiate each movement, you will learn to strengthen the body, while increasing your flexibility and range of movement.

What to Wear

Please come dressed in form-fitting workout attire that allows you to move to your fullest potential. Shoes are not worn during Pilates.

Bring water to class, and be prepared to sweat!

Cancellation Policy

You must notify your instructor of schedule changes and absences 24 hours before your session, or you will be charged the full session fee.

Sessions will be closed 15 minutes after the start time. If you are running late, please contact your instructor, or you will be charged.


Please notify your instructor of any injuries you have prior to the start of your session so that we can modify your workout accordingly.
